At terrazzo mio, every piece is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, shipping times and policies are designed to ensure your items arrive safely while honoring the nature of artisan work.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • During market events, holidays, or product launches, processing may take a little longer—we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We currently ship within Canada
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post/major couriers and include tracking whenever available.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–10 business days after dispatch
    Delivery times are estimates only. Terrazzo Mio is not responsible for postal delays once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Packaging & Sustainability

  • Each piece is carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
  • We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Damages & Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@terrazzomio.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.
  • Please note that due to the handmade nature of terrazzo pieces, slight variations in pattern and texture are normal and part of their charm.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
