All terrazzo mio pieces are handmade to order, making each one unique. Small variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of their charm and are not considered defects.
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, dimensions, and care instructions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us at info@terrazzomio.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a description of the issue.

If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Note: Terrazzo Mio is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, improper care, or normal wear over time. Please refer to our Jesmonite Care Instructions to keep your piece looking beautiful.
